The calorie counter from Fatsecret also offers a very extensive food database, which can be supplemented by the user with his own entries and recipes – so you really have all nutrients at a glance.
And if you don’t feel like picking out the individual foods, you can simply scan the packaging. Depending on the activity, the app calculates the recommended daily calorie requirement and displays an overview of the nutrients already absorbed in detail.

The Android-exclusive app combines training and food diary. The food database is substantial and includes both brands and generic foods. The information includes calories, carbohydrate content, fat and other details.
The app calculates how many calories have been ingested and burned from the training units entered and the meals taken, so that the user knows how much he can still eat in one day.
Lifesum used to be called ShapeUp Club, and under a new name the app also controls calorie consumption in around 20 sports. However, the focus is on the calorie diary, in which users can record the food they consume. A database with nutritional information on around 400,000 foods makes this task immensely easier.
